There will be a summer raffle getting under way to benefit our Queen. The tickets will be $5.00 each and we will sell 200. There will be two (2) $250.00 winners if all tickets are sold. The Queens’ Fund will receive $500. We will use $250 to pay for the Queen’s Application Fee for Congress and $250 will help with the purchase of our Queen’s saddle for this year.
The drawing will be in June at the Southern States Showdown. Courtney Sturgill, our 2010 VQHA Queen and Kendall Jennings, our past 2009 VQHA Queen,will be selling tickets; and Diana Wolfrey, the Queens’ Program Mother will have tickets to sell also.
