There will be a summer raffle getting under way to benefit our Queen. The tickets will be $5.00 each and we will sell 200. There will be two (2) $250.00 winners if all tickets are sold. Jean Gallman of Jean’s Custom Show Fashions has designed our Queens’ outfits for Congress and donated chaps with each one for the past four years. At the VAQH Classic, Courtney shopped with Jean and chose her outfit for the horsemanship competition at Congress. As in the past years Jean outfitted our Queen in fine fashion. [read more …]

Our 2010 VQHA Queen, Courtney Sturgill, was introduced to the members of the Board and guests at this annual meeting and received her crown from our outgoing 2009 VQHA Queen, Kendall Jennings.
